All of us are caught in traffic jams at one time or another (and sometimes, much too often). So what do you do while you’re at the mercy of the clean-up crew? One driver used the time to give his truck a wipe down with some spray cleaner. Gotta have that showroom shine, am I right?
A truck driver is lucky to be alive after a serious incident on I-90
At around 11 a.m. on August 4, a head-on collision occurred between a truck and a passenger vehicle outside Mullan, Idaho. Police have not yet released which party crossed over into the other lane. The car had a driver and passenger, who was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
The driver of the car was extracted by local emergency crews and life-flighted to a local hospital. The truck driver was also rescued from his truck by Idaho DOT road crew members as fuel began to spill out and caught fire.
The truck was completely engulfed in flames and was a total loss. A small grassfire began, but was contained by local firefighters and land management fire teams.
Members of the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho State Police, Shoshone County Fire District No. 1 and No. 2, and the Idaho Department of Lands responded.

Gotta keep that showroom shine!
One driver took the time he was stopped by the road closure to do a little truck wash. An unknown driver is shown in this Facebook post climbing out of his cab and doing some cleaning.
Keeping your truck clean is good for one’s professional image. And there is always time to get that showroom shine for your photo opportunities.
