Bryce Mongeon is the Owner Operator and Independent Driver’s Association’s (OOIDA) Director of Legislative Affairs. Bryce knows the Hill well and helps explain the status of the Truck Parking Safety Improvement Act, Trucker Bathroom Access Act, and Guaranteeing Overtime for Truckers Act currently on the docket for the upcoming Congress.
This year will be a very active year in the legal world, and truckers are going to need to be involved. Call your local Congressman and make your voice heard. Drivers, dockworkers, and other logistics professionals deserve fair employment opportunities and pay for their effort.
